Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg 2 inch cubes
    Black cumin ¼  tsp
    Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
    Butter to brush as required
    Grated cheese 3 tbsp
    Fresh cream 2 tbsp
    Egg white 1
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Green chili paste 1 tbsp heaped
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Yogurt 4 tbsp
Method
  • Marinate the boneless cubes of chicken with Black cumin ¼ tsp, Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp, Butter to brush as required, Grated cheese 3 tbsp, Fresh cream 2 tbsp, Egg white 1, Allspice 1 tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Green chili paste 1 tbsp heaped, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, Yogurt 4 tbsp threads the pieces on skewers, pre heat oven 180 degree C and grills for 15 minutes, brush with butter and remove.
