Tandoori Spinach Prawns – Tasty and healthy Tandoori Spinach Prawns recipe is available online. Note down the ingredients and method to prepare to make it at home. You can serve it as a full course meal at lunch or dinner for family or friends. Hide

INGREDIENTS

1) Prawns 8-10 medium

2) Spinach 1 kg

3) Salt to taste

4) Mustard Oil 2 tbsp

5) Black Pepper(crushed) 1/2 tsp

6) Curry Leaves 1/2 cup

7) Green Chilli 1

8) Coriander(chopped) 1/2 cup

9) Chaat Masala to sprinkle

10) Juice of lemon 1

METHOD

1. Wash and de-vein prawns and marinate in salt and lemon juice for 2 hours.
2. Wash, boil and grind spinach to a fine paste along with curry leaves, green chilli and coriander, using very little water.
3. Mix in crushed black pepper and mustard oil.
4. Marinate prawns in this mixture for another hour.
5. Skewer prawns and grill for 7-8 minutes, basting occasionally.
6. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice over and serve immediately.
