- Roughly chop capsicum and put into a blender jar. Add sundried tomatoes
and a little water and blend into a puree.
Add olive oil and garlic to the pan and sauté till golden brown.
Chop jalapeno peppers. Add the puree to the pan and mix well. Add salt
and pasta and mix well.
Add crushed peppercorns and mix well. Squeeze the juice of a lemon and
add and mix well.
Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with jalapenos and serve hot.
