Tikka Boti Masala Recipe
Tikka Boti Masala is a traditional spicy BBQ dish. It is prepared in two steps. Tikka Boti Masala is prepared separately and tomato sauce in other pan. Boneless chicken pieces are marinated with red chili powder, cumin seeds, hot spices, mace powder, fried onions, kachri powder, crushed coriander, and yogurt with almost an hour. Tikka Boti Masala is cooked on medium flame, and when it is tender it is simmered with coal steaming. Tomato sauce for tikka boti masala is prepared with tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and coriander. For serving tikka boti masala, first spread a layer of simmered rice, tomato sauce and cooked tikka boti. This recipe can be prepared on the special occasion of Eid ul Adha or your roof top BBQ parties.
