Ingredients
  1. Rice 300gm
    Chopped garlic 5-6 cloves
    Onion 1
    Milk 100 gm
    Tomatoes 2
    Tomato Paste 4 tbsp
    Badyaan flower                2-3
    Coriander seeds               1 tbsp
    Rose mary ½ tsp
    Thyme ½ tsp
    White pepper ½ tsp
    Paprika powder                1 tsp
    Oregano a pinch
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Mint leaves ½ bunch
    Oil 2-3 tbsp
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Wash and soak 200 gm rice for 2 hours. Boil the rice, drain the water and keep it aside. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan and fry 5-6 garlic cloves and onion. add in 4 tbsp tomato paste, 2-3 bdyaan flower, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, ½ tsp rose mary, ½ tsp thyme, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder, apinch oregano, 1 tsp cumin, ½ bunch mint leaves and some salt. Mix everything. Add in 2 tomatoes. When the tomatoes are cooked add in 100 gm milk. Add in rice and simmer it. Dish it out and serve.
