  1. Rice2 cups
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Nigella seeds1 tsp
    Red chili powder1 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Saltto taste
    Curry leaves2
    Green chilies6
    Oil1 cup
  • Drain the water of the rice and boil it. Then simmer for 5 minutes.
    Take oil in the pan and add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 chopped tomatoes and 1 tbsp red chili powder. Mix it and add in rice.
    Add in some salt, crushed black pepper, 1 tsp nigella seeds and 6 chopped green chilies. mix it.
    In the end, add in lemon juice and serve it hot.
