Ingredients
  1. Boiled eggs4
    Potatoes4
    Rice2 cups
    Oil1 cup
    Peas1 cup
    Butter1 tbsp
    Grated carrot2
    Green chilies4
    Yogurt   ½ cup
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    All spicesa required
    Black cumin1 tsp
    Small cardamom4
    Saltto taste
    Onion3
    For stock:
    Water3 cups
    Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds1 tsp
    Garlic1
    Onion1
    Ginger1 small piece        
    Saltto taste
    Big cardamom2
    Black pepper4
    Fennel seeds1 tsp
Method
    1. Add in 3 cup water boil the rice with fennel seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, salt, cardamom and black pepper. Boil the eggs. Take some oil in the pan and add in onion. Golden fry them. Take out have of the onion and add in ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin and all spice powder in the pan. Add in peas and carrot. Add in stock and bring it to boil. Add in rice and simmer it. Add in deep fried potatoes and shallow fried eggs. Garnish it with onion and serve.
