Heat oil add potato and carrot fry it.
Add capsicum, peas, cabbage, and brinjal fry more.
Cover and cook on medium flame.
For Gravy: Heta oil saute garlic add mustard seed and onion seed add tomato puree and cook for a while.
Add chilli flakes, turmeric and whole red chillies cook until oil seprates.
Put fried vegetables serve with roti.
