Take 3-4 whole red chilies and ½ cup oil in the pan and heat it. Then add in sliced carrots, 1 cup peas, 1 cabbage and 2 onions. Stir fry it.
Add in 1 tbsp chopped ginger, some salt, 3 chopped green chilies and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Cut and deep fry the potatoes till they are golden brown.
Layer them on the vegetables in the pan.
Add in 1 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin and simmer it for 10 mins.
In the end, garnish it with green chopped coriander and serve.
