Ingredients
  1. Potato:3
  2. Gram flour 2 table spoon
  3. Plain flour 2 table spoon
  4. Black powder 1 tea spoon
  5. Salt as required
  6. Yellow food colour just for some colour
  7. Egg 1
  8. 1/2 tea spoon chat masala
  9. Oil for frying
Method
  • First cut the potatos in long finger shape then put salt on it leave it for 5 minuts then wash the potatos. Other side take gram flour plain flour black paper salt chat masala egg food colour as requird and put some water and mix all of them. Take a karahi and put oil to fry when oil go hot .now put potatos in the mixer and wrape with mixer and fry till it go light brown and cricpi.spice potato chips is ready to eat. Serve with mint chutney imli chutny and ketchup.
