Ingredients
  1. Beef mince ½ kg
  2. Kidneys fat 125 gm
  3. Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  4. Onion 1
  5. Green chilies 3 – 4
  6. Ginger 1 piece
  7. All spice powder 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
Method
  • In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 3 – 4 green chilies, 1 piece of ginger, 1 chopped onion and ¼ bunch of coriander leaves. Chopperize well. Also add 125 gm kidneys fat and chopperize for another 2 minutes.Add 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt to taste. Chopperize for more 1 – 2 minutes.
  • Remove paste in a platter.Put ice cool water in a bowl, wet your palm with chilled water. Make small kababs on metal skewers.Now bar b q all the kababs on burning coals. Change the sides after every 30 seconds. Grill till golden brown from every side.Serve with chutney.

Beef seekh kabab is the very delicious dish but it is difficult to chop all the ingredients with the hand because I don’t have the chopper, I use the hand machine grinder but it cannot make good taste.

Please this Eid try to avoid eat beef as much as you can because beef meat creates lots of health problems.

Can I also make seekh kabab with the meat of goat? Actually for the sacrifice I just bring goat for that I want to make Bar B Q with the meat of mutton, any changes in the recipe which I need?

Beef seekh kabab is very easy but in my experience I noted that to decompose it, it is also depend on the quality of the meat. Some times it is very difficult although if you include more raw papaya into the meat.

Kabab is the beuty of DastarKhan. IT can never bemmade beautiful without Kababs. I tried these kababs at Eid and enjoyed alot. That were tasty alot. Loved that. Thanks chef for recipe.
