Flour 1 ½ cup
Wheat flour ½ cup
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Luke warm water as required
Ingredients for filling
Butter 1 ounce to brush on the dough
Brown sugar 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Ingredients for frosting
Icing sugar 3 ounces mix with 1 tbsp hot water
Put all the ingredients for a dough into a bowl, leave to rise for 1 hour, roll thin and line a 5 inches round plate, brush base with butter, sprinkle brown sugar mixed with cinnamon lavishly, cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes, bake on 200 degree C for 20 minutes, remove, drizzle with frosting, cut into wedges, serve hot with ice cream or as it is.
