دم کیے ہوئے چاول (INGREDIENTS)

بچے ہوئے چاول ------ دو کپ
پیاز ------- ایک عدد (درمیانی)
زیرہ پاؤڈر ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ
لونگ ----- چار عدد
الائچی ------ تین عدد
پانی ----- تین کپ
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ
تیل ------ حسب ضرورت

METHOD

پیاز کو چھیل کر کاٹ لیں دیگچی کے اندر تیل گرم کریں اس میں پیاز فرائی کر کے نکال لیں- اب تمام مصالحے شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح بھونیں اس کے بعد چاول کو شامل کردیں- اور دم پر رکھ دیں- تلی ہوئی پیاز سے سجائیں اور گرم گرم مہمانوں کو پیش کریں-
