ایگ پلانٹ چپس (INGREDIENTS)

بینگن کلو(گول والے)
نمک حسب ذائقہ
چاٹ مصالحہ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
قصوری میتھی ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
املی کا پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور کپ
تیل دو کپ

METHOD

بینگن کے گول سلائس کاٹ کر ٹھنڈے پانی میں ڈال دیں۔ ایک پیالے میں نمک، چاٹ مصالحہ، قصوری میتھی، املی کا پیسٹ اور کارن فلور ڈال کر مکس کر یں۔ کڑاہی میں درمیانی آنچ پہ تیل گرم کر یں۔ بینگن کے سلائسز کو پانی سے نکال کر خشک کر لیں اور تیار کیا ہوا مصالحہ لگا کر خوب اچھی طرح مکس کر یں اور گرم تیل میں ڈال کر فرائی کر یں اور کرپسی ہونے پر نکال لیں۔ مزیدار ایگ پلانٹ چپس تیار ہیں کیچپ کے ساتھ گرم گرم سرو کر یں۔
