INGREDIENTS

Rice2 – 2 ½ cup
Gram lentil1 cup
Turmeric1 tsp
Saltto taste
Red chilies8
Fenugreek seedsfew
Tamarind paste few
Green chilies4
Crushed white cumin1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
Oil1 cup
Yogurt1 cup

METHOD

Drain the water of the soaked rice and add in fresh water along with salt and boil it. Drain the water once the rice are boiled.
Boil 1 cup gram lentil in luke warm water and boil till the lentil is completely boiled. Drain the water.
Take a wok, add in 1 cup oil, add in fenugreek seeds.
Then add in gram lentil along with salt, 1 tsp turmeric and few curry leaves. Cook it.
Add in 2- 2 ½ cup rice, 8 red chilies and 4 green chilies, 1 tsp crushed cumin and cook.
Mix it and cove the pan. Simmer it and serve.
