  1. کیری ۔۔ ایک کلو
  2. چینی ۔۔ تین پاؤ
  3. پیلا رنگ ۔۔ ایک چٹکی
  4. مینگو ایسنس دو سے تین قطرے
METHOD
  • کیری دھو کر چھیلکے سمیت ابال لیں۔ اب چھلکا اتار کر گودا دنکال لیں۔ پھر چینی اور پیلا رنگ ڈال کر پکائیں۔ گاڑھا ہونے پر پر مینگو ایسنس شامل کر کے اتاریں اور پیش کریں۔
