METHOD

آئل مں ٹماٹو پیسٹ،نمک،لال مرچ،زیراہ،گرم مصالحہ،چاٹ مصالحہ،کالی مرچ ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون کر اس میں پیپتا لگی چانپ ڈال دیں اور ہلکا سا بھونے کے بعد پانی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھ دیں ۔جب گل جائے جائے اور مصالحہ سوکھ نے لگے تو پلیٹ میں ڈال کر لیمون جوس،اوریگانو ڈال کر دس منٹ بیک کر لیں اب ابلے ہوئے آلو اور انڈوں کا ساتھ پیش کریں۔
