Ingredients
  1. 8 to 10 thick green chilies
  2. 2 Cups gram flour (besan)
  3. 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  4. ½ Teaspoon carom seeds (Ajwaiin)
  5. 1 Teaspoon salt or to your taste
  6. 1½ Cup of water or as needed
  7. 2 to 3 cups of vegetable oil for frying
  8. Ingredients for filling:
  9. 2 Boiled potatoes
  10. 3 Tablespoons fine chopped onions
  11. ½ Teaspoon red chili powder
  12. 1 Teaspoon salt or to your taste
  13. 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
Method
  • Cut green chilies and remove seeds.
  • Fill the inside properly.
  • Dip in besan.
  • and fry till it gives golden color.
  • Ready to serve.
