  1. بکرے کا ران کا گوشت 500گرام
  2. سوئی سوس حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  3. سویا حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  4. چینی حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  5. ادرک حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  6. ایم ایس جی ضرورت کے مطابق
  7. سفید مولی 250گرام
  8. سرکہ حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  9. دار چینی حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  10. پیاز حسب ذائقہ ضرورت
  11. لونگ دو عدد
METHOD
  • بکرے کے گوشت کو کیوبز میں کاٹ یں۔ مولی کو چھیل کر اس کی بھی کیوبز بنا لیں۔ دار چینی اور سویا کو ایک پوٹلی میں ڈالیں۔ بکرے کے گوشت کو پانی میں بھگوئیں اور خشک کر لیں۔ پکانے کی ترکیب: ایک برتن میں بکرے کا گوشت ، پانی ، مولی اور باقی تمام اجزاء ڈال کر ابا لیں آگ مدھم کر دیں اور اتنا ابالیں کہ بکرے کا گوشت پک جائے، گوشت نکال کر اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ اور پیش کریں۔
