Ingredients

  2. 1 kg mutton
  3. ¾ cups oil
  4. 4 large Onions, chopped
  5. ¼ kg Curd
  6. 1 kg Rice(30min soak)
  7. 4 Bay Leaves
  8. 1 ” piece Cinnamon
  9. 10 Cloves
  10. 6 Cardamoms
  11. 10 Pepper corns
  12. 1 bunch Garlic
  13. 2 tbsp. finnel seeds
  14. 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  15. 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  16. salt 2 taste
Method
  • step 1
  • boil the 1 kg mutton in 7 glass of water for half hour first add all the spices ,2 onions don't put the curd and oil.
  • step 2
  • when the mutton become tendor drain it and safe the stock(yakhni)
  • step3
  • put vessel on the stove now add oil and 2oninos,mix spices and fry them after that put mutton in it cook for 2 min now add curd in it and cook until in water dry now after that add stock(yakhni) in it
  • step 4
  • now the water gets a perfect boil taste the salt of water and then put rice in it and cook them first for 5min on full flame then next 5min on slow flame now put the rice for 10min on simmer
  • step 5
  • now dish out the mutton yakhni pullao and serve with raita and enjoy the flavor and aroma
