INGREDIENTS

3 tsp. of Nescafe Gold
2 tsp. of Brown Sugar (Gur)
400 ml of Fresh Whole Milk (boiled until reduced to 200 ml)

For Garnishing:
1 Green Cardamom Pod (Choti Ilaichi) (crushed)
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dal Cheeni)
1 tbsp. of Whipped Cream (with a drop of orange essence & 2 drops of lime juice)

METHOD

1) In a pot boil the fresh whole milk until it is reduced to half of its amount. Then add 3 teaspoons of Nescafe Gold and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and stir well until the sugar melts.
2) Top with whipped citrus cream and sprinkle crushed cardamom seed on the cream. Place the cinnamon stick in the glass and use as a stirrer.
