Ingredients
  1. penne pasta, boiled 2 cups
  2. butter 1 tbsp
  3. oil 1 tbsp
  4. garlic, crushed 2 cloves
  5. dill, finely chopped 3-4 tbsp
  6. cream ½ cup
  7. white sauce 2 cups
  8. mushrooms, sliced 4-6
  9. white pepper ½ tsp
  10. salt ½ tsp
  11. oregano ½ tsp
  12. crushed red chilies ½ tsp
  13. nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
  14. cheese 3 tbsp
Method
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil and add 2 cloves garlic and sauté,
  • Add in 2 cups white sauce, ½ cup cream,
  • 4-6 sliced mushrooms, 3-4 tbsp dill, ½ tsp salt and½ tsp white pepper, ½ tsp
  • crushed red chilies, ½ tsp oregano, ¼ tsp nutmeg and 3 tbsp cheese.
  • Mix well and fold in the penne.
  • Serve immediately.
