پستے کا قورمہ (INGREDIENTS)

گوشت آدھا کلو
بادام پستے آدھا پاؤ
نمک مرچ حسب ذائقہ
دھنیا ایک چھٹانک
لہسن اور ادرک دو چمچ
دہی ایک چھٹانک

METHOD

بادام کی گریاں نکالیے۔ انہیں گرم پانی میں ابال کر ان کے چھلکے الگ کر دیجئے اور ایک برتن میں پانی ڈال کر رکھ لیجئے۔ اب پہلے پیاز لال کر کے نکال لیجئے۔ پھر مصالحہ بھونیں۔ اس کے بعد بھنے ہوئے مصالحے میں دہی اور گوشت ڈال کر بھوننا جاری رکھیے جب آپ دیکھیں کہ گوشت خوب اچھی طرح بھن گیا ہے تو اس میں بادام ڈال دیجئے اور گلنے کے لئے پانی ڈال کر دھیمی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ گوشت گل جانے پر اسے ایک بار پھر بھونیں اور پھر پتیلی چولہے سے اتار لیجئے۔
