آلو ۔۔ آدھا کلو
میدہ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
چکن کا قیمہ ۔۔ دو کپ
پیاز ۔۔ دو عدد
مشرومز ۔۔ آدھا کپ
ہرا دھنیا ۔۔ 4/1 کپ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
نمک اور مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
انڈا اور کرمبز حسب ضرورت
مکھن ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
تیل ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ

METHOD

میدے میں ابلے آلو، مکھن، نمک اور ہرا دھنیا شامل کر کے گوندھ لیں۔ اب پیاز فرائی کر کے ہری مرچیں، چکن کا قیمہ، نمک اور ،مشروم ڈال کر پکائیں۔ ڈو کے پیڑے بنا کر پوری بیل لیں اور قیمہ ڈآل کر رول بنالیں۔ بریڈ کرمبز اور انڈے میں ڈپ کر کے فرائی کریں۔ اور کاٹ کر پیش کریں۔ آلو چھیلنے کے فورن بعد میش کرلیں۔ آلو کو پانی میں بہت دیر رکھنے سے یہ لیں چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔
