Ingredients
  1. Fish slices - 6 nos
  2. (Sliced & Boneless)
  3. Eggs - 2 nos
  4. GreenChillies - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger - 1 tsp
  6. Garlic - 1 tsp
  7. Corianderleaves - 2 tsp
  8. Ajinomoto - ¼ tsp
  9. Pepperpowder - 1 tsp
  10. Cornflour - 2 tsp
  11. Allpurposeflour (Maida) - ½ cup
  12. Springonion - 1 tsp
  13. Chilly Sauce - 1 tsp
  14. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  15. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  16. Salt - As reqd
  17. Oil for frying
Method
  • Make a batter with egg, maida, ginger, garlic, finely chopped spring onions, chillies, pepper, salt, ajinomoto, soya sauce, chilly sauce, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and corn flour mixed with little water.
  • Dip the cleaned fish in the batter.
  • Deep-fry them till they turn deep golden brown.
  • Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
