سوکی یا کی (INGREDIENTS)

گوشت کے پارچے ایک پاؤ
اجمود ایک ڈنڈی
پیاز ایک عدد
پالک ایک گڈی
چینی ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سویا سوس دو چمچ
مشروم ایک چھٹانک
یخنی آدھا کپ
نوڈلز ایک چھٹانک
گھی آدھا کپ

METHOD

ایک بڑے پیالے میں سویا سوس، چینی، یخنی گھول کر رکھ دیں۔ اب دیگچی میں گھی ڈالیں اور پیاز باریک لچھے دار تل لیں گوشت ڈال دیں اور خوب بھونیں جب گوشت سرخ ہو جائے تو نمک، اجمود، مشروم، پالک کاٹ کر ڈال دیں ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر پکائیں 3منٹ بعد پیالے کا محلول بھی ڈال دیں۔ نوڈلز ڈال کر 5منٹ پکائیں۔
