INGREDIENTS

0) Shrimps (super fresh frozen shrimps) 1/4 kg
For marinate:
1) Corn flour 3 tbsp
2) Eggs whites 2 only
3) Maida (mixed in chicken cube) 1 tbsp
4) Sugar 1 tsp
5) Salt 1 tsp
6) Oil 1 cup
For Sauce:
1) Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
2) Corn flour 3 tbsp
3) Soya sauce 2 tbsp
4) White vinegar 2 tbsp
5) Can sugar 1 tbsp
6) Black pepper 1 tsp
7) Garlic cloves (chopped) 8
8) Sesame oil few drops
9) Salt 1 tsp
10) Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
11) Oil 1 cup
For Gravy:
1) Cauliflower (separate the flowers) 1
2) Onions chopped 3
3) Pineapple in cubes 6
4) Sugar 1 tsp
5) Soya sauce 1 tsp
6) White pepper grounded 2 tsp
7) Salt 1 tsp
8) Oil 1 cup

METHOD

1. Mix in a bowl corn flour, egg whites, maida, salt and sugar.
2. Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry them and keep on any absorbing paper.
3. To make sauce take a saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make a thick sauce.
4. Now heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat, and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and fry.
5. Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy and serve hot.
