INGREDIENTS

Fish fillets500 grams
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Crushed red chili                 2 tsp
Garlic ginger paste2 tsp
Salt½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Carom seeds1 pinch
 dry coriander powder1 tbsp
Taraq garam masaala1tsp
Gram flour4 tbsp
Water2 tbsp
Oilfor shallow fry

METHOD

Mix 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp of crushed red chili,2tsp garlic ginger,1/2 tsp of salt,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 pinch carom seeds,1tbsp dry coriander ,1tsptara garam masala,,2 tsp of Tara chat masala,,4 tbsp of gram flour and 2 tbsp of water in a bowl .
Now marinate 500 grams fish in the prepared mixture for half an hour.
Then fry marinated fish on skillet
Delicious tawa fish is ready to serve
