ٹماٹر کی چٹنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. تیل ۔۔ دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
  2. رائی دانہ ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
  3. میتھی دانہ ۔۔ آٹھ سے دس عدد
  4. کری پتہ ۔۔ چھ سے سات عدد
  5. ٹماٹر ۔۔ چار عدد
METHOD
  • ایک پین میں تیل گرم کریں۔ پھر اس میں رائی دانہ، میتھی دانہ، کری پتہ ڈال کر فرائی کرلیں۔ اس کے بعد ابلے ٹماٹر مکس کریں۔ ہلدی پاؤڈر، مسٹرڈ پاؤڈر، نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر اور املی کا گودا ڈآل کر پکائیں۔ جار میں نکالیں۔
