Ingredients
  1. Plum tomatoes 1 pound
  2. Sugar 1/2 pound
  3. Raisins 1 cup
  4. vinegar 1 cup
  5. Water 1/2 litre
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Method
  • Peel the tomatoes.
  • Cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces and cook them very well.
  • Drain the water and add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Then add sugar.
  • Now put this mixture on low heat or until it become thick like sauce.
  • Add raisins and let it cool.
  • Spicy tomato chutney is ready to serve.
