  1. Delicious colourful dish, This jalfrezi recipe is specially for all vegetable lovers try out and enjoy with rice, noodles or roti if desired.
  2. Potato (cube) 2
  3. Peas 1 pao
  4. Carrot 2
  5. French Beans (Phali) as desired
  6. Green Peppers (Shimla Mirch)
  7. Cabbage
  8. Oil
  9. For Gravy:
  10. Tomatoes (puree) 2
  11. Garlic clove 4
  12. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  13. Cumin seed 1 tsp
  14. Chilli flakes
  15. Salt
  16. Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  17. Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  18. Mustard seed 1/2 seed
  19. Curry leave few leaves
  20. Whole red chilli 2-3
Method
  • Heat oil add potato and carrot fry it.
  • Add capsicum, peas, cabbage, and brinjal fry more.
  • Cover and cook on medium flame.
  • For Gravy: Heta oil saute garlic add mustard seed and onion seed add tomato puree and cook for a while.
  • Add chilli flakes, turmeric and whole red chillies cook until oil seprates.
  • Put fried vegetables serve with roti.
