Media nowadays plays a vital
role in all the aspects of life, as it is a need of every citizen to get aware
about the current situations or events taking place in the country. As there are
many positive and negative impacts of media in our views but we should know that
what issues does a media channel have in their daily routine. Some information
passed by any media channel hitting some political party so they warned them and
sometimes these political parties target the media channel as we have the
example of ARY news, targeted by a political party here we are not considering
the names of those party but the example is very crystal clear. Now if we talk
about live transmission if any disaster happens in the form of bomb blast or
firing etc media channels shoot the live coverage and if any injured people
shown on the screen so they are warned by the PEMRA to neglect these shootages
but if we look towards it so it is impossible to neglect these shootages rather
they are doing their job to do their best to give information to the people its
our responsibility that we should take care of our children that they don’t
watch them, no one is interested to share these images or videos because there
is a thought of humanity in every human mind.
Now further we talk about advertising agenda so there is a big chain of
advertisement every company wants to sell their products so they keep putting
pressure on the media channel to consider their products on prime time but it is
impossible for media owners to give every company a equal chance it is true that
they are paying for it but they also want their product to be shown on screen.
Therefore the media faces many issues and problems in their daily routine,
having the responsibility of giving information to the people they have to look
after their whole criteria.
