Be Proud to Stop Smoking

A war, a fight, and a fight without mercy…All the former smokers say it: They have deployed huge effort of will to stop the cigarette. But once the victory gained, the weaning done and the body again gets enough strength and is educated again to live without tobacco, and most of them realize that their personality has also reorganized.

Nostalgic for their former pleasure, not everyone imposes an absolute stop. For some there is ambivalence. They have no more lighter and cigarettes with them.

We could avoid many deaths a year by solving the problem of smoking. Cardiovascular diseases, lung cancer, hematological diseases…The list of diseases directly or indirectly caused by smoking is long.
If you do not want to do it for yourself, do it for others.

Your wallet could also benefit because smoking is very expensive.
The first thing to do is to take the plunge. It’s no use of waiting for a specific date…You have to keep yourself strong and make a quick decision to stop it. You can also seek the help of a professional.
People who smoke the longest are the ones who will have the most trouble in stopping.

My Grandfather and my real maternal aunt use to smoke a lot...But when they both were seriously ill and doctor advised them to quit smoking or else their heart would stop, because they were both having a heart related issues. So they stopped immediately, however they were chain smokers. So it is a strong will that really matters. But unfortunately we are not all equal in the face of addiction.

Do not be afraid of relapse. Stopping smoking the first time is difficult, but there is nothing to worry about.
The lack can be felt but with an adapted follow up, solutions exist. But above all do not give up in the event of a relapse.
Get rid of all your cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays.
Make a list of the disadvantages of tobacco and all the benefits to stop.
Ask others not to smoke in your presence.
Change routine to avoid places where you used to smoke.
Tell yourself that getting used to living without tobacco can take time but I WILL DO IT!!!!!

BE PROUD TO STOP SMOKING….
