Consequences of Citizenship Act (Amendment)

Last December the majority of Muslims of India has been protecting against this black law (citizenship Act) which was made by the parliament. On the other hand, mrs.Safoora Zargar, (27) who was arrested after communal violence erupted against controversial Citizenship Amendment Act. Safoora Zargar, a research scholar from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, was taken into custody April 10 by Delhi police for her alleged involvement in the February Delhi riots. Amnesty International has heavily criticized New Delhi over the “ruthless” arrest of a three-month pregnant activist in the country’s capital after communal violence that erupted against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). “India is intimidating, harassing and arresting numerous journalists, activists and students through the use of repressive laws,” the human rights watchdog’s statement”.

The United Nation Commission on International Religion Freedom is an organization to monitor religion activities in cross the world. This commission has issued its annual report, 2020 and submitted to the White House for further necessary action. The Commission report is clear what the Hindu leaders are desires in India. This commission has been recommended to impose travel ban on protuberant Hindu Leaders who have directly involve in violations of Human Rights in India. Those Hindu leaders cannot travel in USA. This commission is also recommend all government officials not to travel in USA neither issue them any visa. It is pertinent to mentioned here that the name of prominent Hindu leaders including Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India in list.
