Whether there can be a male or female, but there is a test of every political leader neither there is distinction nor there is favoritism. All the developed ,developing ,or under-developed countries and the most pivotal world ‘s super power United States of America all are standing equally here. I am feeling very shame to write that most powerful countries of the world , having transcended medical health services has not yet gear up their selves .
