We are the products of our food

Food is the essential part of anyone’s life. Some eat food for living and some live for food there is the vast difference between the two but here the thing that matters is we are the product of our intake, means the food we eat so we behave and so we are.

I am here talking about the more subjective approach. On a lighter mode if you intake a large quantity of chilies so you burst out on the people around you or if you eat ice cream you are more cool in appearance and also behave calmly.

The food you take is something that shows how much you are active and how much your brain works, it is identified through your fitness test and active participation. There are two types of intakes and these intakes are further categorized, which identifies how much healthy thinkers you are by the selection of your diet. The two types of food I am talking about, one is fresh healthy food that bears proteins and vitamins and other is junk food that makes your mind junky.

First come to the healthy intake like fresh juices, vegetables and fresh fruits and dry fruits that are enriched with enormous proteins and vitamins if we take about green vegetables they contain iron and vitamin D. The citric fruits contain vitamin C. Fish contains vitamin E, the valuable vitamin. Meat contain iron, egg yolk has protein in it. Secondly, we have junk food like fried potatoes, junky burger, pizza that are more enriched with unnecessary fats and carbohydrates and soft drinks that are full of chemicals. One of the scientific fact is that heavy intake of junk food slowly process your brain because it filled your brain with jumble.

The food like vegetables if they are well cooked and have proportionate amount of spices in them will make you healthier like fresh salads, boiled vegetables in black paper and iodide salt and steam meat and fish or grilled food in olive oil will make you active and more healthy both mentally and physically. Dry fruits of the season are known as the gift of the nature, their specific amount will also give you various gains. On the other hand, junky food like pizza contains white flour and cheese, burger is also made of same thing and if you rely totally on junk food it will not give your body the essential nutrients, will not make you fight against the worst kind of germs that are now a days rising very frequently. The limited amount will not harm you but a great deal won’t make you healthy and active thinker

You can assume your body as the bank and the food you take is your investment, the wise choices won’t let you down, if you invest wisely, you get a great product out of it. So, make a wiser plan of your diet and also learn how to balance it because healthy intakes with proportionate amount will be valuable treasure for you.
