Psychological health or mental
health is very important that mostly we ignored, people think about physically
fitness not mentally .
Mentally health is influenced on physically health if we have any tension or
stress it is said that i am not feeling well.
But science proved that mental health is important than physical ,because
mentally ill people have more complicated symptoms than physically ill ,and its
also difficult to diagnose and treat. its a reason when we visit to doctors
clinic mostly they recommended night sleeping tablets .
In this stressful life we have lot of burden and we cannot take rest properly
even during sleeping we thinking about our issues like income ,office work etc.
time time we developed lack of sleep ,headache , body ache, and so on. and our
behavior irritating towards work and family ,we response every thing with stress
,anxiety and some time we make wrong decision.
Nowadays we call a life stress ,even little kid said life is a big problem ,he
says right due to his curriculum burden, he has no time for playing and refresh
their mind, his growth and development going with stress and parents think that
our kid is healthy . of-course he is healthy physically not mentally healthy.
We can approach mental health by recreational activities ,its a right of every
one to get rid of work once in a month go for picnic with family and friends
,and also allowed their kids for playing .
