• Plan for an outing: Relaxation, as well as recreation, can also improve your physical and mental health. You can plan entertainment to eliminate the negative effects.
• Get in touch with your loved ones: You feel great when you're in touch with your loved ones or friends. When you feel alone at home, you can talk to an old friend where you can share common ground and interests.
In addition to all this, trying to focus on ibadah; offering prayers, and reciting Quran is the best way to get rid of mental stress.
