In this era people are becoming so depressed because of lack of money and financial issues, inflation they just really need a good health as well as mental peace .So sports is really necessary for their relaxation and help to improve their mental health.

In Pakistan ,there is some well known sports we play like cricket ,football ,hockey, boxing .But there is alot more exciting sports that we can play for entertainment like polo, equestrianism, basketball, dodge ball , lacrosse, fencing, golf, powerlifting, cycling, running infact such games should also be common in our peoples.
 
In equestrianism is more colloquially known as steed racing. Its generally played on original circuits and involves riding several stages of the cource .Its a popular known for laying so much so that the colloquialism laying on all the nags in the race was born from it .Its a well known individual sport .Dodge ball is a platoon sports in which players on two brigades throw balls at each other to try and hit a part of the body. This is done while avoiding being hit themselves. Dodge ball can be a game involving minor to major physical injuries and tests abidance , speed and dexterity.

Fencing is sword fighting sport. It is really interesting to see and a little bit danger for a participant. The sword is named a saber and a foil helmet is worn during the sport. Lacrosse is a team sport that can be played both indoors or outdoors. It involves using a lacrosse stick to carry and pass or catch a ball and shoot it into a goal. It is a team sport and is played between two teams. It is a popular team sport in the United States. Powerlifting is a game in which we have to carry a heavy weight at least in three attempts. These includes squats ,bench presses and deadlifts.

Watering game are a real fun like Surfing is a surface water sport in which the wave rider has to anticipate the wave and make his or her way through it. The other one is snorkeling basically refers to swimming through a body of water with a diving mask it is usually accompanied by proper wetsuits and aquatic gear. The next one is Olympic swimming requires a hard and year of training it and become a champion of this game. Olympic swimming has become one of the most popular in Olympic sports. These are some of the games which is not common because behind this require a lot of hardworking ,training and ability of player ,and money to assemble or organize it.

The most underrated game is cycling, running all these games are only common in children but these are good for health, boost our stamina and energetic games.
Today’s generation are busy to their cell phones and their other personal activities they don’t have a time to play games that’s why they cant maintain their good health and everyone have a anxiety and depression issues because of suffocation around them ,because they don’t go out to play .Their only motive and source of entertainment is just using a cell phones ,sharing memes ,spreading vulgarity in youth. Today a little child can tell you all the functions of mobile because from childhood they were fed only mobile games, video games and indoor games so that’s why they are suffering from mental fatigue. They eat junk food on a daily basis and after that they don’t walk for a while ,it is increasing health diseases ,their elders don’t tell them what is good and what is bad for them.

We should really take it serious and concentrate in our daily routines , like what we are doing. We take care our health as well as our family members .
