Submitting an online application form is a headache. It is not easy to process. Sometimes you need to hire, an IT consultant to upload these applications. However, the acumen community is able to deal with tools. In this regard, the government should allure to the community to learn different software programs. We cannot ignore Information Technology and its side effect on human nature. Information Technology affects every community who are educated or illiterate. It is pertinent to mention here that some online applications are using difficult language or words, phrases, or proverbs in the English language, which is not easily, understand by the matriculate or below. The literacy rate in Pakistan is approximately 30 to 45 percent, but we feel that we are providing education to all the communities living in Pakistan. Our education level is below the standard. It is reasonable to worry but no one looks in this chapter hence, the juncture of awarding degrees is playing on in our educational institutions. People are using different devices like Mobile phone gadgets, but it doesn’t mean they are properly aware of online applications.

For example, the online applications of those who are submitting their degree to the Higher Education Commission which has the authority to attest our educational credentials. They have introduced an online attestation form, which is most difficult for newcomers. I am amazed to see they have to alter the online application form after six months, which is most alarming for newcomers. The Online teachers who are providing guidelines for students on how to submit online applications are also feeling pain in this regard. Why is the Higher Education Commission changing its online software applications after six months? Why has time been wasted through courier services? Hence, the charges of attestation are too high for poor students or unemployed. Moreover, video links should share or upload videos on how to submit forms and avoid complications.

. Conversely, online job applications are also difficult to process, and the institutions are imposed multiple charges and it will take in the name of processing these applications. I am against these types of charges and processing fees etc. I also observe the tenure of GENERAL PERVEZ MUSHRAF in his regime; no institution has taken any fee regarding job applications etc. Now the situation is worse than ever. Only a few institutions exist that are not taking any fee or processing fee charges from the unemployed. The training session should conduct by the institutions at their own expense to facility unemployed.
