Teacher and Community Role in Improving the Students’ Academic Performance

Education is basic responsibility of any civilized nation. The single individual in a school can’t support the students because it is the responsibility of all staff members to collaborate and support the education system. Teachers play different role for enhance the learning ability among the students. Students follow them to achieve their study goals since the teacher displayed a sense of responsibility, independence, authority, and discipline. Depending on how maturity, motivation, relationships between students and teachers, level of freedom, verbal talents, instructional communication skills. The instructor must be able to communicate effectively with the students and solve a wide range of problems. The teacher's ability has a significant impact on their job satisfaction and job as learning sources. Families and communities were integral to student achievement, but teachers often struggle to garner their attention and commitment. Teachers have honor and respect in the society. Teachers with the professional abilities are an important aspect in training and the formulation of didactic and systematic plans, as well as organizing and carrying out student learning process. From the beginning of mankind's existence, they are social beings and have been inextricably linked with educational process and will continue to be so for social change. The main responsibilities of the teacher are education despite multiple commitments to the teaching and educational component. For effective educational job, the teacher must possess the following qualities: proven intellectual capacity, extensive pedagogical knowledge, compliant practical implementation of pedagogical work, and devotion to appropriate instruction. In developing countries communities are involved in different decision making process for the development of school by using different evolutionary approaches which aims to understand the different characteristics of the community, devise setting of participatory approaches, the results oriented attributes, and the methods used to deal with the school members. Using of human rights approaches as practices by the different organizations for increased the effectiveness of the communal contribution in schools. There is a clear gap between educational practice and educational research. Comparison of the input and outputs of various sorts of communities help the policy makers to decide whether or not to assist certain types of communities. To get distinct aims participation of different communities is necessary to get better outcome. It helps the different groups to exchange their ideas through community members rather than enforcing the individuals.
The following points may help in improving the Students’ Academic Performance:
Ø For the effective outcome and improve the learning abilities among the students there should be strong communication among teachers and students.
Ø Collaboration among teachers and the community members help in improving the learning process with formal and informal way by promoting the educational level especially in rural area.
Ø Teachers should also motivate the students toward the modern education and engaged them in the class room’s activities to develop the cognitive development among children.
Ø Community members engaged the students in non-formal activities to develop the mental ability of the students and encouraged them to adopt the social and cultural values of the societies.
Ø Teachers and community members should financial support to those students who want to learn and continue their educational carrier and scholarship should be started to encourage them for better outcomes.
