Training is the most essential practice for teachers but unfortunately it is being ignored. Masters or graduation enhances the knowledge but infect training sharpens the methodologies as how to convey knowledge so learners could coup easily. There are four basic skills which are to be observed but our traditional way of teaching is ignoring three of these, just observing one and even that loses the interest of learners. There is great need of training for teachers and monitoring is also very essential whether those methodologies are going to be applied or training is just a mix gathering, no benefit. Education is the back bone so government should give a full strength to this body. Our so called learned are un learned and it needs immediate attention.
