The coding is the thing which makes most of the things we use in our daily life. If you have not been into coding for any reason you should know that It is coding that makes a lot of even ordinary things of your everyday life. Example like calculator, computer, websites, software, movie players, TV screens and even your new iPhone are engage with coding somehow.

When I said you should learn little coding because it is being used in your everyday life now, you might have asked, what are another benefits if I become professional in coding? They answer is many companies like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Tumblr, Apple, Microsoft, etc are already waiting for your genius mind. Not only that if have you had enough self confidence you will be able to start your own work to stand beside these companies along with your staff.
Facebook recently hired 12 software engineers for $4 million each. Not only that but they bought FreindFeed for $47 million and has done nothing with the start up so far. The numbers of jobs for software developers are increasing with a higher pace comparative to other jobs, with a growth rate of 30%.

If you are thinking that if this all is happening with this coding, it must be somewhat a giant kind of thing. No really it’s not I am also a computer science student and I didn’t find coding as much harder, though learning English was even harder than learning to code. Software developer bootcamp teaches ruby in 10 weeks for $10K. But amazing to know that those who completed the first camp have received jobs of average pays $79K.

There is a part in the infographic which is a fact that is about girl and programming. In 80’s one out of three computer science students were female and now it is one out of ten students are female. I remember in my first semester of computer science 4 out of 47 students were female. In the year 1984 37% of computer science graduates were women and in 2010 it was just 4%. Beside that fact is that women have been pioneer of computer sciences. In 1842, Ada Lovelace wrote the world’s first machine algorithm. In 1946, a team of 6 women programmed ENIAC, the first electronic computer. In 1952, Grace Hopper’s language compiler gave her the nickname “The Mother of Cobol”.
There are a lot of sites online just like codecademy from where you can start learning programming languages for free from home. Experts are to say that one day the coding will be the elementary subject in schools just like grammar and mathematics.
