The life is simple but our
attitude has made this life complicated. The complicated seems to be automatic
occurrence. Its automatic occurrence is cause of our own attitude. Our own
attitude becomes the reason for making us a looser. A looser only blames others.
The others can be easily blamed because the finger lifting upon others is the
easiest. As easiest can be practice so that one becomes expert in this task.
An expert of this kind I met few days ago. As days ago we have to leave bed of
flowers (student life) and join the practical life. The practical life beats
such kind of experts as I mentioned above. The above mentioned person was
depressed. The depression was because he could not avail the job. In his words
to avail job is nearly impossible. This is impossible because our country is
facing famine in job market. The job market is fertile and therefore freshly
pass out are suffering. The suffering in problems makes them depressing. The
depressing situation is cause of shortage of jobs. The jobs are no more
therefore freshly pass outs can be fit nowhere.
The fitting of nowhere for these job seekers puts me in amazement. The amazement
was not ready to get out of my mind. So idea came in my mind to take interview
of this person. This person gave me his CV on asking. On asking when I received
I was indulged in amazement as I saw the email address which was
[email protected]. When I looked towards sobeautifulhoney I was amaze
to listen the words by the mouth of beautiful honey. As honey was asking that is
this email address rocking? I was shocking so I concentrated upon CV. On CV I
found again something very rocking. It was the summary of the personality
candidate. The candidate applied for the Computer assistant job. This computer
assistant personality description summary narrated that this was the most
intelligent, smart, fair, tall and good singer. I thought to ask this singer can
computer be operated through singing. At that time sad singing by the singer
pushed me to read forward. The forward reading was mouth opening. The opening of
the personality summary was not enough so the more qualities were mentioned. The
mentioned qualities were more narration of personality. The personality was able
to work in authoritative position and to impose forceful commands upon the
workers and also can work only leading position. How leading position can be
achieved when there is not any position achieved?
The job achievers were seemed to be so desperate and hopeless from the
authorities as the authorities were so senseless. Obviously one can become
senseless after watching this kind of CV. This kind of CV was revealing more
facts. As the next fact was about education and it was that this graduate was
finished with two year graduation program nearly two and half year ago. In two
and half year when BS HONS has taken place the MSC place was empty. The empty
mind candidate was disturbed by me for asking why not joined MA or MSC. The MA
seems to be not worthy when BSC is not worthy and more over I did not get the
time. The time was short I had to read such long CV. the long CV which annoys
interviewer. Right now this interviewer was shocked, rocked by seeing the
examination score. The score seems to be your intelligence counting. This
counting was also showing decline.
The decline in job market is a dilemma for job seekers so there can be a dilemma
parallel for job givers as well if there is a bundle of CV of such pattern in
front of interviewer as I was holding.
