(A tribute to great
educationist and philanthropist of the nation)
Most of the internationally renowned ever best leaders, whose exceptional
capabilities enrich the whole of humanity , are usually enhanced , motived and
groomed through proper professional trainings , but there are a few who just
enriched by the almighty inherently with extra-ordinary capabilities of
leadership. When we talk about the highly-effective revolutions on the face of
Globe, there was, obviously, such type of inherently enriched leadership behind
the masks, May unknown or unsung but always indomitable. I’m going to pay
tribute to such indomitable but unsung personality in the field of education and
philanthropy.
I often try to analyses the events in very systematical and logical way of
thinking .Who reshapes the destiny of colossal political domains of the world?
There is always an educationist behind the scenes. Am I right now? Who
introduces eyes with eye-opening styles to observe the frontiers of pixels? Of
course, there is always an educationist on the back of scientists? Hence I
concludes, ‘’an educationist is the ADAM of intellectual creatures’’.
In the educational domain of Pakistan, Prof. M.S Mufti has made his mark with
grace by his unique capabilities of leadership and appeared as a great
educationist of the Era. He introduced himself as a highly motivated
educationist and a kind hearted philanthropist. He established an educational
institute in 1993 named A.W Grammar, on the event of its inauguration and
commencement, the fore-sighted Prof. instantly managed a dynamic team of highly
qualified professionals to groom the God-gifted capabilities of new-born roses.
In order to insure a successful and bright career for the science students and
to provide quality education of the national level, he had to work hard with
latest techniques of educational psychology and strict administrative skills.
That’s why, A.W.G has a luminous heritage of commendable performance and a
calibrated environment of well-established rules and regulations. I want to draw
your attention towards a chronological depiction of results of the institute in
the complete presence of hurdles, problems, short-comings and least resources in
front of, almost, inaccessible targets, it exposes the powers of faith,
perseverance, self-esteem and determination. We often say traditionally, in the
diction of Iqbal, that, ‘’eagle fly above the clouds to avoid rain’’ this very
typical quotation interprets the spirit of determination of fore-sighted Prof.
M.S Muft , who has imprinted his passion of loyalty for the nation on the face
of history.
Worthy of respect readers! Look at the chronological order, with mythical

2004, Hira Saleem got forth position. How marvelous the results are? Two times
clean sweep, four times first position and over all second in all over the
Punjab. What mystery is behind the massive success? Definitely, all the credit
goes to Prof. M.S Mufti, a man of lofty aspirations, clearly, it’s the show off
of his God-gifted qualities of leadership and the firm commitment with

Only through the course of knowledge and education, the climax of Islam and
Pakistan can be achieved and enforcement of Islamic values, bright judicial
system, social, economic and political equality in our society can be possible.
We will’ve to take affective steps for the betterment of education and
educationists. There are an estimated 1,476,233,470 Muslims on the face of
earth. Muslim world spends 0.2 percent of its GDP on education, while Christian
world spends around 0.5.Then why do we mourn over our miserable condition and
down fall in the world? There are 57 member-countries of OIC and all of them put
together have around 500 universities, one university for every three million
Muslims. The USA has 5’758 universities and India has 8’408. Muslim countries
have 230 scientists per one million. The USA has 4’000 scientists per million
and Japan has 5’000 per million. Then why we do cry over our disgrace in the
world? Media is regarded as the potent force of the society and it directly
impacts on our lives. Our media, especially, talk shows only represent the ruff
and silly political talks but educationists, scientists, scholars and
researchers are always kept behind the curtains.
On the other hand, Prof.M.S Mufti also appeared as an eminent figure in the
field of welfare. He is doing his best for the needy far from the fame with
silence. He is pioneer of certain welfare projects of multi-natures. The ongoing
efforts in the field of philanthropy are of great account. I’m unable to enclose
the narrative of his out-comes in a short article. In short , I’ll say
‘’indomitable’’.
