TORONTO: Goodbye 2015 and
welcome 2016. Happy New Year to all including my near and ones, friends and
fans. Let’s make 2016 one of the best and most beautiful years. Let’s make the
precious moments of 2016 by meeting, greeting and treating each other and by
loving, caring, helping and supporting each other. Let’s support and promote the
spirit of live and work together with all people and communities with full
honesty and sincerity.
Analyze what we did in 2015. Cherish the good moments, contributions,
achievements and successes. Learn from the losses suffered, reasons and factors
of failures and mistakes committed in order to avoid and not repeat them. This
is how we can make the lives of all peaceful and beautiful. This is how we can
make the world a safer place.
Fighting, arguments, jealousy, enmity and competition are all part of human
nature. They will continue as usual because of good and bad natures of people.
The important question is how we can avoid them? The solution is with positive
attitude and constructive approach. We can only truly love and respect each
other if we learn to sensibly understand and practically tolerate each other.
Vested interests, mindset and nature are the three factors responsible for
competitions, differences, clashes and cruelties. Those who are bad in nature
and doing harmful acts deliberately must be confronted and tackled accordingly
because they belong to the army of evil, are friends of the Satan and devils and
sworn enemies of mankind. Their intentions and actions are always to cause death
and destruction.
AVOID ARGUMENTS: God’s (Allah) divine and clear message is for all believers
including Christians, Muslims and Jews to understand and implement. Muslims
particularly must remain very alert and sensible as the sworn enemies of mankind
are targeting them to harm and destroy them. Even God (Allah) has advised them
to avoid people who are a nuisance and engage in nonsense discussions. .
We must always disliked and avoid people senselessly arguing, debating and
criticizing each other and their faiths and religions. Through divine messages,
I came to know that as a Muslim we have been taught to remain on the right path,
honest and peaceful, show great patience and demonstrate great love and respect
for humanity.
All believers including Muslims should avoid unnecessary arguments about God
(Allah) because of the following clear messages and commands of God (Allah):
In Surah # 1 Al-Fateha: “Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the
Worlds (2) Most Gracious, Most Merciful (3) Master of the, Day of Judgment.”
In Surah # 109 Al-Kafiroon: “Say: O ye that reject Faith! (1) I worship not that
which ye worship, (2) Nor will ye worship that which I worship. (3) And I will
not worship that which ye have been wont to worship, (4) Nor will ye worship
that which I worship. (5) To you be your Way, and to me mine. (6).”
In Surah # 112 Al-Ikhlas: “Say: He is Allah the One and Only; (1) Allah, the
Eternal, Absolute; (2) He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; (3) And there is
none like unto Him. (4).”
In the light of the above, it is the duty and responsibility of all believers
including Muslims to simply propagate and demonstrate with understanding, love,
respect and good character and leave the rest on God only Who can give proper
guidance. We have no power or authority to give such guidance. God dislikes
hypocrisy and has promised severe punishment for hypocrites. We need to
understand and differentiate between the good and bad people. Hypocrites only
love their vested interests and damn care about all other things. They can never
become friends or be trusted. Make a pledge for 2016 that as believers and good
human beings, we will keep trying to follow what God (Allah) has taught and
commanded.
We must practically help all people, communities, governments and countries in
exposing, fighting and punishing the rotten eggs of the society and system,
criminals and terrorist. This can only happen if we keep a watchful eye and
monitor the community members--To help and support the good ones and expose and
punish the bad ones.
Everything we do must be meaningful. Do celebrate but don’t simply waste time,
money and energy on celebrations because there are thousands who cannot even
afford to eat, dress and live properly. We must make sure that the tears falling
from their eyes are of joy and happiness and not of sorrow and sadness. The poor
too are human beings and tests and trials for us otherwise the whole world would
have been the same---rich or poor and bad or good.
CELEBRATIONS: Shahid Hashmi, Chairman, Canpak Chamber of Commerce, who booked a
whole table for his family, took me and Syed Muhammad Iqbal, President of Pak
Seniors Forum (PSF), to a New Year celebration event at Chandni Banquet Hall.
The sensational Canadian singer of Pakistani origin Saima Khan performed and
shook the whole audience. The hall was jam packed but very well organized. The
entertainment and enjoyment could be imagined with couples dancing on the dance
floor and the deafening voice of music and music lovers.
I have the honour of writing exclusive articles on Saima Khan, singer, Muhammad
Ather, a TV host an actor and producer of his own Bollywood movie, and Mehdi
Salahuddin, Ghazal and Geet singer. He sings Mehdi Hassan. All three of them are
at their peak level now and making me and the community proud. What I wrote
about they proved it and are proving it right. We must always support and promote
by all means all those shining, talented, genius deserving community members who
can contribute tremendously and make us all proud.
