INTERNATIONAL LAW-I

There are many objections being rising on the international law. There are four main ideologies behind the international law. The following are as under below:-
i) It is a part of natural law
ii) International law has made conventional law by international community
iii) International law is positive law
iv) International law is a conventional law

Objection

i) No sovereignty
ii) No punishment
iii) Only for ethics /behaviorism
iv) Without Government

Answer

i) United Sovereignty, e.g, dismissed the relationship with IRAQ Vs Kuwit War
ii) ill reputation/ Ban impose, export & import if violation of international law
iii) pressure impose, for violation of international laws,
iv) Every new government respect international treaty and enforce as before.

There are many misconceptions against the international law and its implication. The United Nation has assumed the charge to implement the rules of international law cross the world. That it has happen through their institutions i.e, Security Council, International Court of Justice and five big powers e.g, China, America, France, Russia and England.

There are several mythologies to implement law cross the world, whereever law and order situation collapse in the countries. The Security Council has passed resolution with majority and it has taken remedial steps against the particular state. Presently, the South Koria, Palestine, Iraq have ban on import and export business, like a blockade. To teach lesson against the violations of international law, no one can claim international law cannot implement easily. It has possible through Security Council and ICJ.
