یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَا تَتَّخِذُوْا بِطَانَةً مِّنْ دُوْنِكُمْ لَا یَاْلُوْنَكُمْ خَبَالًاؕ-وَدُّوْا مَا عَنِتُّمْۚ-قَدْ بَدَتِ الْبَغْضَآءُ مِنْ اَفْوَاهِهِمْ ﭕ وَ مَا تُخْفِیْ صُدُوْرُهُمْ اَكْبَرُؕ-قَدْ بَیَّنَّا لَكُمُ الْاٰیٰتِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ ﴿۱۱۸﴾

اے ایمان والو! غیروں کو اپنا راز دار نہ بناؤ (ف۲۱۶) وہ تمہاری برائی میں کمی نہیں کرتے ان کی آرزو ہے، جتنی ایذا پہنچے بیَر ان کی باتوں سے جھلک اٹھا اور وہ (ف۲۱۷) جو سینے میں چھپائے ہیں اور بڑا ہے، ہم نے نشانیاں تمہیں کھول کر سنادیں اگر تمہیں عقل ہو (ف۲۱۸) ﴿۱۱۸﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) مومنو! کسی غیر (مذہب کے آدمی) کو اپنا رازداں نہ بنانا یہ لوگ تمہاری خرابی اور (فتنہ انگیزی کرنے) میں کسی طرح کی کوتاہی نہیں کرتے اور چاہتے ہیں کہ (جس طرح ہو) تمہیں تکلیف پہنچے ان کی زبانوں سے تو دشمنی ظاہر ہوہی چکی ہے اور جو (کینے) ان کے سینوں میں مخفی ہیں وہ کہیں زیادہ ہیں اگر تم عقل رکھتے ہو تو ہم نے تم کو اپنی آیتیں کھول کھول کر سنا دی ہیں ﴿۱۱۸﴾

Surah Al Imran Ayat 118 with English Translation

O ye who believe! Take not for intimates others than your own folk, who would spare no pains to ruin you; they love to hamper you. Hatred is revealed by (the utterance of) their mouths, but that which their breasts hide is greater. We have made plain for you the revelations if ye will understand. ﴾118﴿
