فِی الدُّنْیَا وَ الْاٰخِرَةِؕ-وَ یَسْــٴَـلُوْنَكَ عَنِ الْیَتٰمٰىؕ-قُلْ اِصْلَاحٌ لَّهُمْ خَیْرٌؕ-وَ اِنْ تُخَالِطُوْهُمْ فَاِخْوَانُكُمْؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ یَعْلَمُ الْمُفْسِدَ مِنَ الْمُصْلِحِؕ-وَ لَوْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَاَعْنَتَكُمْؕ-اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَزِیْزٌ حَكِیْمٌ ﴿۲۲۰﴾

اور ا ٓ خرت کے کام سوچ کر کرو (ف۴۲۹) اور تم سے یتیموں کا مسئلہ پوچھتے ہیں (ف۴۳۰) تم فرماؤ ان کا بھلا کرنا بہتر ہے اور اگر اپنا ان کا خرچ ملالو تو وہ تمہارے بھائی ہیں اور خدا خوب جانتا ہے بگاڑنے والے کو سنوارنے والے سے، اور اللہ چاہتا ہے تو تمہیں مشقت میں ڈالتا، بیشک اللہ زبردست حکمت والا ہے، ﴿۲۲۰﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) (یعنی) دنیا اور آخرت (کی باتوں) میں (غور کرو)۔ اور تم سے یتیموں کے بارے میں دریافت کرتے ہیں کہہ دو کہ ان کی (حالت کی) اصلاح بہت اچھا کام ہے۔ اور اگر تم ان سے مل جل کر رہنا (یعنی خرچ اکھٹا رکھنا) چاہو تو وہ تمہارے بھائی ہیں اور خدا خوب جانتا ہے کہ خرابی کرنے والا کون ہے اور اصلاح کرنے والا کون۔ اور اگر خدا چاہتا تو تم کو تکلیف میں ڈال دیتا۔بےشک خدا غالب (اور) حکمت والا ہے ﴿۲۲۰﴾

Surah Baqarah Ayat 220 with English Translation

Upon the world and the Hereafter. And they question thee concerning orphans. Say: To improve their lot is best. And if ye mingle your affairs with theirs, then (they are) your brothers. Allah knoweth him who spoileth from him who improveth. Had Allah willed He could have overburdened you. Allah is Mighty, Wise. ﴾220﴿
