وَ اِنْ كَادُوْا لَیَسْتَفِزُّوْنَكَ مِنَ الْاَرْضِ لِیُخْرِجُوْكَ مِنْهَا وَ اِذًا لَّا یَلْبَثُوْنَ خِلٰفَكَ اِلَّا قَلِیْلًا ﴿۷۶﴾

اور بیشک قریب تھا کہ وہ تمہیں اس زمین سے (ف۱۶۷) ڈگا دیں (کھسکادیں) کہ تمہیں اس سے باہر کردیں اور ایسا ہوتا تو وہ تمہارے پیچھے نہ ٹھہرتے مگر تھوڑا (ف۱۶۸) ﴿۷۶﴾
(ترجمہ: کنزالایمان) اور قریب تھا کہ یہ لوگ تمہیں زمین (مکہ) سے پھسلا دیں تاکہ تمہیں وہاں سے جلاوطن کر دیں۔ اور اس وقت تمہارے پیچھے یہ بھی نہ رہتے مگر کم ﴿۷۶﴾
